For expanding sales channels we needed a tool to effectively sell investment products through agents’ networks. The main goals were to increase the number of sales to current and new customers through retail outlets and to optimize the work processes of clerks and managers what consequently would impact sales as well. Redsoft company has developed an Agent personal cabinet for that purpose. A workflow was completely turned into electronic, the process of registration was significantly simplified - as a result, time expenses on registration and execution of contracts have been significantly reduced. We have noticed growth in the amount of registration and buying new products via clerks of agents’ network. The platform has solved all problems that were set before the project.
