For expanding sales channels we needed a tool to effectively sell investment products through agents’ networks. The main goals were to increase the number of sales to current and new customers through retail outlets and to optimize the work processes of clerks and managers what consequently would impact sales as well. A workflow was completely turned into electronic, the process of registration was significantly simplified - as a result, time expenses on registration and execution of contracts have been significantly reduced.
