UX/UI design Rendall

Rendall - secure corporate messenger with an elevated focus to security of content and user data. The main advantage of the product is ensuring the security and confidentiality of user data and content at all levels of interaction with the service: from the registration and adding of contacts to sending messages, making phone calls, and storage of personal information.

Task:

To conduct the audit of the existing user’s personal cabinet.

To work on users’ scenarios and to develop a more user-friendly design of the personal cabinet.

To conduct the audit of Rendall applications (mobile and desktop versions) and make recommendations on improvement of the app’s usability.

To develop a new design of the mobile application.

Solution:

Registration to Rendall has been simplified, the time on registration has been decreased by 2 times.
A convenient structure of a personal account has been developed.
The new application’s design considers actual solutions for modern messengers.
